No. ChatGPT doesn't have your sales, your returns, or your payouts — it can only guess. Gadjet syncs your Takealot data every day and answers from your actual numbers. It also understands Takealot-specific mechanics like fee categories, DC behaviour, and payout cycles that a general AI doesn't.
You connect your Takealot store using your seller API key. Gadjet syncs your sales, returns, listings, shipments, and payouts every day. When you ask a question, it answers from your synced data — not from anywhere else.
Not without your explicit approval. Gadjet is read-only by default. A few skills can update listings (for example, cleaning up SKU names in bulk), but every change is reviewed and approved by you before it goes live, and every action is logged in an audit trail you can inspect.
Your Takealot data is stored on encrypted infrastructure, used only to answer your questions, and never shared with other sellers or third parties. Your API key is encrypted at rest and can be rotated at any time. If you cancel, we delete your data on request.
Your account, your Account Manager, and your Takealot connection all carry across. The interface is what's new — you'll talk to your store instead of clicking through dashboards. Your monthly subscription and AM tier (if you're on one) stay the same. Your AM will send you a migration link.

No free trial — Gadjet starts at R499/month from day one (Starter). When you sign up, you'll see a demo store immediately so you can try the chat before you connect your real Takealot account. Higher tiers (Business R1,499, Empire R4,499) unlock more stores and a global overview across them. You can cancel any time if it's not for you.
Tell us. Every Gadjet answer is traceable — we can show you the data it came from. If a number's wrong, your AM (or our team for self-serve sellers) finds the source, fixes it, and tells you what went wrong. Accuracy is non-negotiable — we'd rather say "I don't know" than guess.
Amazon support is on the way. Our developer registration is under review with Amazon; once approved, Gadjet will support Amazon South Africa first, with Amazon US following. The same tools, chat, and AM partnership you get for Takealot today will extend to Amazon — multi-marketplace by design.
