Common questions
- What are chat credits?
- Your monthly AI allowance. Answers, reports and tool runs all draw from it. Credits are included in the plan price rather than billed on top, and top-up packs roll over.
- Is there a free trial?
- No. Plans are month-to-month and you can cancel any time from account settings, so there is no lock-in to trial your way out of.
- Do I need a plan per store?
- No. Each plan covers a number of Takealot stores under one account, and cross-store reporting is included from Business upward.
- What is the difference between a plan and Agency?
- On a plan you run your store using Gadjet. On Agency, a senior Gadjet account manager runs it for you day to day across every marketplace you sell on, with the platform included.
