- Do I still submit the ticket to Takealot?
- Yes on self-serve — Gadjet prepares the invoice and the numbers; you lodge (and click Takealot's verification email). On Agency, your account manager runs the monthly loop.
- Is this the same as the stock recon report in Seller Portal?
- That report is the input. The work is matching it to what you sent in, pricing the missing units, and producing an invoice Takealot will pay. That is the part sellers skip.
- Can I try it without paying?
- Signup opens a demo store. There is no free trial on a live recon — the claim is against your real DC stock.
- What if I just want recon done for me?
- Request a free account audit. Managed sellers get recon filed as part of the retainer.
